METHOD FOR PRODUCING TANGLE FOOD OF KJELLMANIELLA CRASSIFOLIA, AND TANGLE FOOD OF KJELLMANIELLA CRASSIFOLIA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a tangle food of Kjellmaniella crassifolia, capable of giving softness without spoiling slimy characteristics of Kjellmaniella crassifolia, and enabling its use as an instant and all-round cooking tangle food in businesses or ordinary homes.;SOLUTION: This method for producing a tangle food of the Kjellmaniella crassifolia food includes charging Kjellmaniella crassifolia as raw alga into an ethyl alcohol processing solvent of a prescribed concentration, held in a liquid tank, washing/soaking the product pulling up and dehydrating it, and maturing the product for a prescribed period. The ethyl alcohol processing solvent is adjusted in its ethyl alcohol concentration in the solvent according to elution of the salt and the liquid temperature by measuring the content of salt eluted from Kjellmaniella crassifolia into the ethyl alcohol processing solvent, the ethyl alcohol concentration, and the liquid temperature of the ethyl alcohol processing solvent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
