PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely lubricate even the driven side of a winding type timing transmission device by an oil splash even when operating an engine in a recumbent state.;SOLUTION: In this lubricating device of the timing transmission device in the engine for arranging oil slingers 56a and 56b in an oil tank 40 for generating an oil splash for lubricating the timing transmission device 22a by scattering storage oil O in the oil tank 40 by facing the driving side of the winding type timing transmission device 22a of a valve system 22 in the oil tank 40, an oil drop guiding wall 90 is projected on an inner wall of the oil tank 40 for guiding and dripping the sticking oil splash to a part faced to the oil tank 40 of the timing transmission device 22a when the engine E is recumbent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
