Error analysis and precision estimation of the locating device of welding fixture of rear axle bracket

Based on the mathematical model for the linkage of the welding fixture of rear axle bracket, the influences of tolerance of each linkage on the overall error of the mechanism were calculated through differential methods. The reasonable tolerances of each linkage were therefore obtained. According to the computation results, the precision of the processed fixture was estimated.
