METHOD FOR ASSESSING LEVEL AND CHARACTER OF STABILITY OF ECOSYSTEM

A method for evaluating the level and character of the stability of an ecosystem by means of building up a formalized trophic network includes evaluating the hierarchical pattern of the trophic network according to evaluation indices and the amount of excessive links therein with the further generalizations of the state of the ecosystem. The evaluation of the formalized trophic network is carried out according to additional evaluation indices. Ratings of the indices of the trophic network, the level of stability of the ecosystem and character of the stability of the ecosystem are determined.
