NURSING CARE FOOD FOR PEOPLE WITH DIFFICULTY IN MASTICATION, METHOD FOR SERVING THE SAME AND FOOD MATERIAL SET

Provided is a nursing care food for people with difficulty in mastication which has a good appearance, is appetizing, tastes good and can be freely controlled from the nutritional standpoint. A nursing care food for people with difficulty in mastication wherein pureed soft meals (63-67) of individual food materials, which are prepared by selecting a plural kinds of food materials from among vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, algae, fishes, meats, cereals, beans and nuts (including at least vegetable(s) together with food(s) belonging to at least one other food group) and separately grinding the individual food materials to give purees that can be swallowed by people with difficulty in mastication, are separately put on dishes (51, 52) in such a manner that the pureed soft meals are not mixed together.  The pureed soft meals of the individual food materials are separately packed in tubes or seal bags with opening parts to give a set of food materials.  In serving, each of the pureed soft meals is squeezed out from the opening of the tube or seal bag and put on a dish.
