The present invention relates to a sealing and filling system for a medical solution bag. More specifically, the medical solution bag is manufactured by preparing a pre-bag with an opened portion at the upper side, injecting a medical solution through the opened portion, and then sealing the opened portion with a sealing member. Therefore, a bag preparation process and a medical solution injection process can be consecutively performed in one production facility. Particularly, productivity can be improved substantially by dramatically reducing the time required for the injection of the medical solution.
