The system (1) has retaining elements (2) attached at a carrier (3) or a frame of a bicycle. The retaining elements have two attachment places (4) for a packaging bag or a container. A distance defining tube (6) is provided between the attachment places to connect the retaining elements with each other in a form-fit or force-fit manner. The retaining elements are designed as elongated supports with a support device (7) for attachment to a rack or a bicycle component.
