PURPOSE: A composition containing soybean fermentation is provided to ensure antibacterial effect and prevent and treat food poisoning. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating food poisoning contains soybean fermentation as an active ingredient. The soybean fermentation is obtained using Kimchi lactic acid bacteria. The Kimchi lactic acid bacteria is Lactobacillus plantarum, Leuconostoc kimchii, Leuconostoc citreum, Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Lactobacillus sakei Kimchi lactic acid bacteria. The food poisoning is caused by Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella flexneri, or Salmonella typhimurium. The composition additionally contains pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient.
