PURPOSE: A rotation preventing device of an operating rod is provided to stably execute the open and close operation of a circuit breaker by preventing the rotation of the operation insulation rod through a guiding rod.;CONSTITUTION: A support base(2) is installed in the upper side of a flange(6). An operation insulation rod(1) is connected to with a cylinder rod(3) and a coupling(5). A guide unit guaranteeing the straight movement of the operation insulation rod is installed in the flange. The guide unit comprises a pair of guide rod(4) installed in the upper surface of the flange, a guide piece(7) with a guide groove(8) formed in the outer circumference of the upper side of the flange.
