PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting diode is provided to extend the life span of the diode by improving the lifetime of the organic light-emitting layer which emits blue light.;CONSTITUTION: A hole implant layer(181) is formed by a first material(170) on a first substance. A first hole-transport layer(182a) is formed on the top of the hole implant layer. The first hole-transport layer is formed by the mixture which is created according to the mixing ratio of the first substance and a second material of 1 : 5 - 1 : 15. A second hole-transport layer(182b) is formed by the second material on the top of the first hole-transport layer. A light-emitting layer(183), an electron-transport layer(184), and an electron injection layer(185) are successively laminated on the second hole implant layer.
