PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of functional rice cake using Rubus coreanus and green tea is provided to improve beneficial effect of the rice cake with Rubus coreanus and green tea and to prevent adjust chronic diseases etc. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of functional rice cake using Rubus coreanus and green tea includes the following steps: gaining soymilk by filtering soybean and water with press cloth; pulverizing the rice with a roller after soaking the rice in water for 2 hours; kneading the rice powder 1kg and salt 10g with Rubus coreanus extract 120cc; gaining rice mixed powder by adding sugar and sa and steaming the rice mixed powder with vapor for 10 ~ 30 minutes.
