PURPOSE: A target protease-sensitive anticancer precursor is provided to minimize damage to normal cells and to ensure high anticancer effect. CONSTITUTION: A target protease-sensitive comprises an anticancer drug, peptide, and polymer. The peptide is specifically decomposed by the target protease which is secreted in cancer cells. The polymer is specifically accumulated in cancer. The precursor additionally contains a linker which binds anticancer drug-conjugated peptide. The target protease is caspase, matrix metalloproteinase(MMP), thrombin, FXIIIa, urokinase plaaminogen activator(Upa), HIV protease, DPP-IV, or proteasome.
