PURPOSE: A multi-PCR method for detecting pathogenic bacteria is provided to specifically amplify Staphylococcus aureus 23S rRNA partial gene 482bp, Vibrio parahaemolyticus toxR gene 368bp, and Salmonella enterica invA gene 284 bp and to detect pathogen thereof.;CONSTITUTION: A multi-PCR method for detecting Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, and Salmonella enteric comprises: a step of producing a template DNA of Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Salmonella enteric; a step of selecting primer set; a step of performing multi-PCR using the template DNA and primer set; and a step of detecting Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Salmonella enteric from PCR product.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
