PURPOSE: A menu plan and self-diagnosis method through the internet are provided enable a user to easily and conveniently plan nutrient balance of a menu by using the internet based on personal information of oneself, thereby user can diagnosis the planned menu by oneself.;CONSTITUTION: An encouragement menu information corresponding to user is loaded(S20). A selection menu information selected from a user is received(S30). Sum of exchange unit according to each fundamental food group of foods according to encouragement menu and sum of exchange unit according to each fundamental food group of foods according to the selection menu information(S40).
