PURPOSE: A roasting plate is provided to prevent the damage due to the excessively intense heat on the central part and to prevent the decrease of the heat efficiency due to the distribution of the heat to the outside of the roasting plate.;CONSTITUTION: A roasting plate comprises a top unit, and a bottom unit(20). The top unit comprises a first edge, an opening, a roasting unit and a coated layer. The roasting unit is formed on the central part of the top unit to be protruded. The first edge is formed on the edge to be protruded. The opening is formed on any side facing one side of the first edge. The coated layer is formed on the top. The bottom unit comprises a second edge(21), a heat collecting unit(22) and a thermal conduction unit(23). The second edge is formed on the edge of the bottom unit to be protruded.
