PURPOSE: An input and output circuit and an integrated circuit device including the same are provided to prevent the error of received data through a stable voltage of the received data by increasing a swing level of a receiver input node in a low voltage operation condition.;CONSTITUTION: A transmitter(110) transmits output data to the outside through an input and output node. The transmitter comprises a first pull-up transistor and first and second pull-down transistors. A receiver(120) receives input data through the input and output node. A first level converter converts the level of a logic operation signal of an output enable signal and supplies the converted signal to a bulk node of the first pull-up transistor. A predriver(130) generates the pull-up signal and the pull-down signal based on the output data and the delay output enable signal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
