THE NATURAL- FERMENTED PRODUCT FOR GROWING A MANDARIN AND THE CULTIVATION METHOD OF MANDARIN HAVING THE HIGH CONTENT OF CHOLINE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A natural fermented product composition for cultivation of Citrus unshiu and a cultivating method of Citrus unshiu with high choline content using the same are provided to cultivate Citrus unshiu with high choline by mixing a Hizikia fusiforme powder solution and a soybean solution. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a natural fermented product composition for cultivation of Citrus unshiu includes the following steps: pulverizing Hizikia fusiforme to 300~500mesh after drying Hizikia fusiforme; mixing Hizikia fusiforme 14~26 weight%, glucose 1~3 weight%, yeast x-tract 1~3 weight%, and water 68~84 weight%; steaming soybean after soaking the soybean in water; manufacturing a soybean solution by adding water in the crushed soybean; inoculating Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus acidophilus in a liquid medium; cultivating the liquid in a shaking incubator for 24 ~ 72 hours; fermenting Hizikia fusiforme power and Bacillus subtilis in the liquid medium; fermenting the Lactobacillus acidophilus in the liquid medium and the soybean solution after mixing; and filtering the fermented soybean solution and the fermented Hizikia fusiforme liquid.
