PURPOSE: A naturally fermented composition for tomato cultivation and a cultivation method for tomato with high content of choline using same are provided to cultivate tomatoes with high choline by mixing the naturally fermented composition mixed with a soybean solution and Hizikia fusiforme powder. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method for tomato with high content of choline using a naturally fermented composition includes the following steps: manufacturing Hizikia fusiforme powder by grinding Hizikia fusiforme to 300 ~ 500 mesh after removing sa manufacturing a Hizikia fusiforme solution by mixing Hizikia fusiforme powder, glucose, yeast extract, and water; steaming soybeans in water after grinding the soybeans to 300 ~ 500 mesh to make a soybean solution; cultivating Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus acidophilus in a shaking incubator for 24 ~ 72 hours; manufacturing a fermented Hizikia fusiforme solution by fermenting the cultivatied subtillis and the Hizikia fusiforme solution; filtering the fermented Hizikia fusiforme solution and the soybean solution; and foliar spraying the naturally fermented composition 2 ~ 3 times.
