FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: electrostimulation by implanted electrostimulator is carried out. Radiofrequency electrostimulation of carotid sinus reflexogenic zone nerves is carried out by pulse current with parametres 30-150 Hz, with pulse duration 0.1-0.5 ms, amplitude 0.1-0.5 mA. Optimal parametres of electrostimulation current are selected individually by data of electroencephalography, by selecting frequencies, with exposure to which, not less than 1.5 time reduction of rate of paroxysmal activity occurrence takes place after 15-minute diagnostic electrostimulation.
