The bearing (13) has a support surface (15) that cooperates with a bearing surface (14) for axial force transmission during operation of the bearing. The bearing and support surfaces are provided at sides of a stator (3) and a rotor (2), respectively. The surfaces are provided with grooved structures i.e. microstructures, having linear grooves that protrude in the form of bars from a groove base. Distance between the adjacent grooves is in the range of 15 to 25 micrometers. Height of the grooves from the groove base is in the range of 7.5 to 12.5 micrometers.
