PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide film, along with a device which promotes photosynthesis of plant using the film, a solar cell, and a photoelectric conversion element in which occurrence of interfacial reflection at a refractive index interface does not degrade efficiency of light extraction, without the leakage of incident light, in front of an emission part.;SOLUTION: The light guide film includes a light incident part which allows the incident light coming from a light source to enter a surface on the incident light side; a high-refractive index layer which has a higher refractive index than the light incident part and is laminated on a surface on the opposite side of the surface of light incident side; a micro rough-structure provided on the interface between the light-incident part and the high-refractive index layer; and a light-emitting part which emits the light that enters the light-incident part to the outside.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
