PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a red pepper sauce for a microwave oven, in which the sauce does not spout and spill even in heating by a microwave oven in obtaining boiled Toufu with red pepper by adding Toufu to a red pepper sauce and boiling, a packed red pepper sauce for a microwave oven, in which the red pepper sauce for a microwave oven is packed in a container and which is obtained by adding Toufu into a container and cooking Toufu by a microwave oven to give boiled Toufu with red pepper, and a method for producing boiled Toufu with red pepper a microwave oven by using them.;SOLUTION: The red pepper sauce for a microwave oven has a viscosity of 0.1-4 Pa s so that boiled Toufu with red pepper can be obtained by adding Toufu to a red pepper sauce and cooking Toufu by a microwave oven. The red pepper sauce for a microwave oven comprises 1.5-4% of salt and 0.1-5% of starch based on the whole red pepper sauce and 0.05-50 pts.wt. of red pepper oleoresin based on 100 pts.wt., in terms of dry matter, of red pepper.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
