PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of nintrinsic properties of a cable wire and a pick-off sensor.;SOLUTION: This Coriolis flow rate meter 200 includes first and second pick-off sensors 201a, 201b, cable wiring 205 connected to the pick-off sensors and a signal injection device 203 connected to the cable wiring. The signal injection device is so constituted as to generate one or more reference signals having substantially the same phases, and transmit one or more reference signals to the cable wiring and the first and second pick-off sensors. The Coriolis flow rate meter further includes a signal regulating circuit 202 connected to the cable wiring. The signal regulating circuit receives a first response signal and a second response signal from the cable wiring and first and second pick-off sensors in response to one or more reference signals and obtains a signal difference between the first response signal and the second response signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
