PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device, a process cartridge and an image forming device capable of preventing poor recovery of a residual developing toner due to an image output condition, and of obtaining an image output stable for a long period of time. ;SOLUTION: As the residual developing toner Td proceeds from an opening side O (a front side) to a neighboring side (an innermost side) N of a wedge- shape GAP of a plate recovery member 17 with rotation of a developing roller 1, the residual developing toner Td starts flying from the developing roller 1 to the plate recovery member 17 side. When the polarity of a recovery bias applied to the plate recovery member 17 becomes reverse polarity, the residual developing toner Td flies reverse from the plate recovery member 17 side to the developing roller 1 side. Thus, the residual developing toner Td is discharged to the opening side O so as to jet from the wedge-shape GAP, and is recovered into a developing container.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
