PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate data suitable for displaying a graphic in the displaying environment, when generating image data being data for displaying a graphic. PSOLUTION: The data creating device corrects tone data of peripheral area of a framework, which is an example of a basic part of a graphic, in the basically antialiased image data based on display property information. For example, if character line thickness looks thicker due to the display property of a display device or if the combination of the character color and the background makes the character line thickness look thicker, the data creating device makes corrections for the image data by thinning the character thickness.
