HERMETIC BAGS FOR BULK STORAGE OF SPECIAL COFFEE BENEFITED. The present invention is intended for the packaging of special coffees processed in bags lined internally with a barrier impermeable to water and gases. The hermetic bag, with a capacity of 1,000 to 1,400kg, consists of a double coating, the inner one being impermeable to CO ~ 2 ~ and the outer part of nylon resistant to mechanical traction. It has a double valve system, one for loading and unloading the product with airtight seal and the other for injection monitoring of CO ~ 2 ~. The internal lining has a flexible and perforated duct system for gas distribution throughout the coffee mass.
