PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing capillary for bonding wires and a capillary for bonding wires by thereof are provided to prevent the cracking of the capillary due to sudden temperature difference by self-heating the capillary using microwave.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing capillary for bonding wires comprises next steps. Nickel aluminate(NiAl2O4) is manufactured by reacting solid-phase reacting nickel oxide with alumina(S1). The compound powder of zirconium and nickel aluminate is manufactured(S2). NiAl2O4-ZrO2 compound powder is pressure-molded in order to manufacture a capillary molding product(S3). The capillary molding product is sintered in order to make capillary sinter(S4). Microwave is emitted to the capillary sinter(S5). The concavo-convex region of embossing form is formed on the tip surface of the capillary sinter(S6).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
