CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing steak sauce containing lentinus edodes mushroom comprises the steps of: adding 3 weight% chopped lentinus edodes mushroom based on the steak sauce containing lentinus edodes mushroom; and adding 0.5 weight% Lentinus edodes concentrate and 1 weight% lentinus edodes powder to the mixture and then heating them.
