PURPOSE: An electrophoretic display device having an internal touch screen panel is provided to have excellent recognition ratio through infrared sensing operation by not being restricted depending on the peripheral brightness. CONSTITUTION: On a substrate(110), an image gate line intersects an image signal line. An image switching TFT(Thin Film Transistor)(120) is formed on the substrate. The image switching TFT electrically connects the image gate line to the image signal line, and a sensing TFT(130) generates an infrared sensing signal through infrared sensing.
