PURPOSE: A dual roll type thin film casting method with improved quality is provided to improve the illuminance of a thin film by uniformly dispersing oxidation scales on the surface of a thin film.;CONSTITUTION: A dual roll type thin film casting method with improved quality comprises next steps. Molten steel(4) is injected between two casting rolls(3) revolving in different directions and forms a thin film(7). A board is made by passing the thin film through a loop pit(8) and rolling with the rolling roll.
