PURPOSE: A bicycle and an anti-theft device therefor are provided to prevent the loss of a bicycle by preventing the rotation of a bicycle wheel using a bar. CONSTITUTION: An anti-theft device for a bicycle comprises a rotating shaft(110), a bar, and a connecting assembly. The rotating shaft passes through the hub of a bicycle wheel. The bar is located to pass between the spokes of the bicycle wheel on a position spaced apart from the rotating shaft to prevent the rotation of the bicycle wheel. The connecting assembly is coupled to be supported on a position in which the bar is spaced apart from the rotating shaft and comprises a locking member that selectively locks and unlocks the bar. The connecting assembly comprises a first fastening member(120), a second fastening member(130), a first support member(150), and a release lever(135).
