PURPOSE: An optical fiber indium arsenic thin film tera Hz wave generator and manufacturing method thereof are provided to supply a tera Hz microscope in order to overcome tera Hz diffraction limitation by locating a sample in a tera Hz generation part. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber indium arsenic thin film tera-herts wave generator(30) includes a cutting out unit(41) which cuts one side of an optical fiber(40). The optical fiber indium arsenic thin film tera-herts wave generator includes an indium arsenic thin film(20) sticking to the cutting out unit and a light transmitting unit which transmits high speed pulse light. The indium arsenic thin film is formed into the thickness which generates photo-Dember effect.
