摘要

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode using a phase separation phenomenon and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve light extraction efficiency by including a first light path control layer.;CONSTITUTION: A transparent substrate(110) is prepared. A first light path control layer(130a) is formed on a transparent substrate by using the phase separation phenomenon. The first light path control layer has a first medium and a second medium with a low refractive index. An anode electrode, an organic light emitting layer, and a cathode electrode are successively stacked on the first light path control layer. A second light path control layer has a third medium and a fourth medium by the phase separation phenomenon.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
