PURPOSE: White lotus leaf tea and extract with the antioxidant effect, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer high content of GABA to the white lotus leaf tea, and to secure the blood pressure controlling function. ;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of white lotus leaf tea and extract comprises the following steps: cultivating white lotus using yellow soil, animal feces, and loach, and harvesting the lotus; boiling, cooling and drying the harvested white lotus to obtain the white lotus leaf tea; and extracting the white lotus leaf tea with water or ethanol to obtain the white lotus leaf extract.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
