摘要

The solvents used in this study are: aquades, ethanol and glacial acetic acid. The raw material as the source of antioxidants is white tea. Pure Quercetin is used as a comparing antioxidant. The treatment design was the solvent type for extraction, while the antioxidant activity was tested using DPPH method, with IC_(50) as the reference of antioxidant activity value. The results of antioxidant activity tests with three different solvent types are IC_(50) of 22,499 μg/mL for aquades, IC_(50) of 13,317 μg/mL for Ethanol and IC_(50) of 60,555 μg/mL for Glacial Acetic Acid. As a control of the standard antioxidant activity value of Quercetin is 4,313 μg/mL.
