PURPOSE: A pan-frying apparatus for pan-fried vegetable pancake is provided to operate a pan-frying plate with pan-frying ring type grooves on an endless track to heat the pan-frying plate with a heater. ;CONSTITUTION: A pan-frying apparatus for pan-fried vegetable pancake comprises the following: a pan-frying plate(30) including plural pan-frying ring type grooves(31) receiving ingredients for cooking the pan-fried vegetable pancake; an endless track for operating the pan-frying plate while horizontally moving on the upper side of the track; and a heater(4) heating the lower side of the pan-frying plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
