The present invention relates to a high heat load test apparatus and its operation method used in the development and evaluation of a material requiring high heat resistance and thermal conductivity, and to a plasma torch and a test subject to which a large heat capacity can be applied by using electric energy. It is designed based on the specimen mount which can be cooled by installing water.It is operated by changing the heat output of the plasma torch and the distance applied between the torch and the test object. The specific heat load required by the system can be applied.
