A method of cultivating bean sprouts using acanthopanax

PURPOSE: A method for cultivating bean sprouts using Acanthopanax is provided to improve germination capability of beans and to allow the bean sprouts to involve efficacy from Acanthopanax such as immunity improvement. CONSTITUTION: A method for cultivating bean sprouts using Acanthopanax comprises the following steps of: soaking beans in water for 1-3 hours; drying the beans for 2-5 hours; re-soaking the beans in water for 1-3 hours; drying the beans for 2-6 hours; soaking the beans in an Acanthopanax aqueous solution for 1-3 hours; placing the beans in a cultivation box and supplying water or Acanthopanax aqueous solution to the beans every 2-6 hours; and turning over the beans 1-3 days after the first soaking step. The Acanthopanax aqueous solution contains 1-20wt% roots, stems, barks, or fruits of Acanthopanax, and 80-99wt% water.
