PURPOSE: A device and a method for a setting cure adhesion of a bus bar in a thin film lay-up progress are provided to reduce production costs by enabling a bus bar to be set without a capton tape. CONSTITUTION: In a device and a method for a setting cure adhesion of a bus bar in a thin film lay-up progress, an EVA tape setting unit supplies an EVA tape to a cell glass to set it. An insulating tape setting unit punches an insulating tape(30) and sets it on the set EVA tape in the cell glass. A bus bar setting unit supplies a bus bar to set the upper part of the insulating tape. A compressing heating unit is arranged on the bus bar and presses it to be heated. The compressing heating unit melts the EVA tape to be attached to the bus bar.
