PURPOSE: A producing method of functional male underwear using a high elasticity silicon band is provided to secure the enough air permeability of the underwear for preventing diseases. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional male underwear comprises the following steps: cutting a front and rear member(A,10), a front and right member(B,20), a front and left member(C,30), a right and rear member(D,40), a left and rear member(E,50), and a penis and scrotum member(F,60); and attaching a high elasticity silicon band to the sewing line of each member in a Y shape.
