The present invention relates to a functional seamless underwear product and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method can be used to manufacture functional seamless underwear products by using an adhesion scheme instead of a sewing scheme. The functional seamless underwear manufacturing method includes the steps of: arranging a hot-melt sheet, which has a lower paper layer removed therefrom, on a part of the front and back edges of a detachable pad and pressing the hot-melt sheet with a heat-press device to attach the hot-melt sheet to the part of the front and back edges of the detachable pad; and removing an upper paper layer of the hot-melt sheet, arranging an attaching means for attaching the detachable pad onto the inside of a body on the hot-melt sheet adhesion surface of the detachable pad, and pressing and attaching the part of the detachable pad having the hot-melt sheet arranged thereon with the heat-press device.
