PURPOSE: Functional underwear for male users using a highly elastic silicon band is provided to prevent disease of the users, and to improve the productivity of the underwear. CONSTITUTION: Functional underwear for male users using a highly elastic silicon band includes a front rear member, a front and left member, a front and right member, a rear and left member, and a rear and right member. The front and rear member(A,10) is produced with a spandex cloth. A highly elastic silicon band is attached to the front and right member(B,20), the front and left member(C,30), the rear and right member(D,40), and the rear and left member(E50) using a Y shaped sewing line.
