FIELD: information technologies.;SUBSTANCE: hinged portable radio communication device is proposed with double-action hinged joint, which comprises upper part of case, lower (20) part of case, two sets of extended levers (30, 50), having the first ends (31, 51) and the second ends (32, 52), besides, the first ends (31, 51) are connected to upper part (10) by the first set of connections (41, 61), and the second ends (32, 52) are connected to lower part (20) by the second set of connections (42, 62), besides, connections (41, 42, 61, 62) form at least three axes (A, B,C) of rotation between levers (30, 50) and parts (10, 20) of case. Axes of rotation of two of connections (61, 42) may be changed into joint position so that two connections form a single axis (E) of rotation.;EFFECT: invention provides for free access to all surfaces of device and combinations of device surfaces without necessity to turn portable radio communication device for access to functional facilities.;11 cl, 15 dwg
