FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel hydroxyphenyltriazine derivatives of general formula where R₁ denotes H, C₁-C₁₂alkyl or OR₃; R₃ denotes H, C₁-C₁₈alkyl or C₁-C₁₂alkyl, possibly substituted with OH, C₁-C₁₈alkoxy group, COOR₄ and/or -O-CO-R₅; R₄ denotes C₁-C₁₈alkyl; R₅ denotes H; C₁-C₁₈alkyl; or C₇-C₁₁phenylalkyl; radicals E₁' and E₂', which are an aromatic carbocyclic condensed ring system, are described in the claim.
