PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a re-roofing unit and the like for an existent building with which expansion in the scale of a re-roofing construction can be suppressed even for a large building such as a factory or a storehouse.;SOLUTION: A re-roofing unit is covered with a plurality of roof members 5 which are arranged side by side in a ridge direction, removable for each roof member 5 and used for an existent building 1. The re-roofing unit comprises a pair of legs which are erected while being opposed to each other with the existent building 1 interposed therebetween with respect to an inter-beam direction of the existent building 1, a working roof section which is supported while being bridged over the pair of legs at an upper side of the existent building 1 for defining and forming a re-roofing work space SP11 on the roof members 5 of the existent building 1, and a move mechanism which is provided between the legs and the ground for integrally moving the pair of legs and the working roof section in the ridge direction. Inside the existent building 1, a movable floor is included which is movable in the ridge direction, and the movable floor is moved while being positioned below to be opposed with the working roof section cooperatively with the movement of the working roof section by the move mechanism.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
