PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a re-roofing unit and the like for an existing building 1 that can suppress the jumboizing of re-roofing work even for a large building 1 such as a factory or a warehouse.;SOLUTION: The re-roofing unit used for the existing building 1 covered with a plurality of roof materials 5 arranged in a ridge direction and detachable for every roof material 5, comprises a pair of leg parts 35, 35 opposedly erected on both sides of the existing building 1 with respect to a span direction of the existing building 1; a working roof part laid over the pair of leg parts 35, 35 and supported above the existing building 1 to partition a re-roofing work space SP11 on the roof materials 5 of the existing building; and a moving mechanism provided between the leg parts 35 and the ground G to move the pair of leg parts 35, 35 and the working roof part integrally in the ridge direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
