PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a batch type electrolytic operation method in which the pH of electrolytic alkali water being a detergent liquid for a dish washer is held to the set prescribed pH on both of a washing operation and the initial water feed operation, and is fed from a batch type electrolytic water generator to a washing tank.;SOLUTION: The pH of electrolytic alkali water generated in a cathode side electrolytic chamber is always held to the set fixed pH by distinguishing an electrolytic operation of generating a small amount of electrolytic alkali water required on the cleaning operation of a dish washer from an electrolytic operation of generating a large amount of electrolytic alkali water required on the initial water feed operation in the preparation stage to the washing operation of the dish washer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
