PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a product having higher added value from a squeezed liquid and a squeezed liquid waste obtained by squeezing a plant such as Alpinia speciosa by efficiently and effectively treating the squeezed liquid and squeezed liquid waste extruded from squeezing small holes, in a technique for treating the squeezed liquid and the squeezed liquid waste. PSOLUTION: The squeezed liquid of a plant extruded from a number of small holes is distilled directly or after filtering with a filter and the distillate and a distillation residue liquid left after distillation are used as products. A squeezed liquid using leaves of Alpinia speciosa as a raw material or a squeezed liquid using stems thereof as a raw material is prepared to produce the distillate or the distillation residue liquid left after distillation. The distillate or residual liquid after distillation produced by using leaves of Alpinia speciosa as a raw material is formulated with the distillate or residual liquid after distillation produced by using stems thereof as a raw material to provide many kinds of products.
