PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that the quantity of an amine compound or the derivative thereof to be stuck is limited though they are used in a state that the amine compound or the derivative is stuck on a support, the sticking thereof requires much time and labor and the effect is remarkably different depending on the mixing ratio, size or the kinds of the amine to be dispersed.;SOLUTION: The sewage is made to pass through a dispersion where an emulsion oil treatment agent 341 carrying out demulsification and having particles made small and uniform from uneven particles by a pulverizing means, fine activated carbon for removing a foul smell and an oil adsorbent 342 for adsorbing oil are dispersed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
