PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lymphoid cell adhesion substance to cells of sentinel lymph nodes and lymphatic vessels to which tumor cells are metastasized, a lymphatic medicine transportation material for selectively transporting a medicine to the cells and a medicine for lymphatic diseases, which contains the lymphatic medicine transportation material and retains in sentinel lymph nodes and lymphatic vessels for many hours. PSOLUTION: The lymphoid cell adhesion substance contains a ligand group-containing compound that exists in lymphatic vessel endothelial cells or sentinel lymph node cells, is combined with a receptor of a cell adhesion factor for bonding lymphocytic or lymphogenous tumor cells to the lymphatic vessel endothelial cells or sentinel lymph node cells. The lymphatic medicine transportation material comprises the lymphoid cell adhesion substance and a diagnostic and/or a therapeutic agent in a colloidal particle in which the ligand group-containing compound is exposed to the surface of the colloidal particle.
